Exchange/Return & Damages Policy

Returns are available for STORE CREDIT or EXCHANGE ONLY. (Please see below for products not eligible for return).

Returns/exchanges are accepted within 10 days of delivery date. Items must be returned unopened/unused and in their original packaging. To return an item, follow the directions below:

  1. Email returns@golf4lessfl.com with your inquiry and to receive a RMA number.
  2. If the return is a result of error on our end, we will provide a shipping label once customer service has responded to your inquiry. You will then be able to print a prepaid UPS shipping label. Print the prepaid shipping label, affix it to your package and take the package to a UPS drop-off location. Any other return labels will not be provided by Golf 4 Less.
  3. Returns/exchanges will NOT be accepted on any skincare/beauty, fragrance, personalized items, personal hygiene items, or anything from the sale collection.
  4. Returning an item is at your own risk. You must ensure that the item is adequately packaged. We are not liable for damage caused by inadequate packaging by you or if the item is damaged or lost while being returned to us. Items that are damaged when we receive them will not be eligible for refund.

For items that have been damaged in transit please email info@golf4lessfl.com and include pictures of the damage, and pictures of the shipping box help as well. Once we receive your email, we'll determine next steps.  Emails for damages MUST be received within 10 days of delivery date.  Anything received later than that will not be eligible for exchange or refund.

What if my return is late?

Any item returned after 15 days from order date is not eligible for exchange/store credit. 

 

What items are not eligible for return or exchange?

Please note that we do not accept returns of seasonal merchandise, personal hygiene items, food, special order, any personalized or custom-made products, final sale merchandise, or products that are specified as non-returnable in its description.

We reserve the right not to accept any return if the product shows signs of wear or has been used or altered from its original condition in any way or, as an alternative, may reduce the amount of any applicable refund or exchange accordingly. You will be informed if we propose to reduce your refund for this reason.

Please note that all items in the "SALE" Collection are FINAL SALE - no returns or exchanges will be given.

How are returns and exchanges processed?

A store credit or exchange will be issued once we have received your returned items. Returns/exchanges do not include any shipping or handling charges, except in the case of faulty or damaged items. Your store credit will be issued and emailed upon return approval. Store credit will arrive in a separate email in the form of a Golf 4 Less gift card.

Golf 4 Less gift cards never expire and can be used BOTH in store and online.  Please note sales and promotions can differ online and in-store.

What is your In-Store Return Policy?

Unused and unworn merchandise can be returned or exchanged within 7 days for store credit. No Credit Card or Cash returns will be issued.

How do sales & promotions work?

We put the last of our size runs on sale to ensure that every customer has the opportunity to experience the exclusivity and exceptional quality of our offerings, while also making room for new and exciting arrivals.

Golf 4 Less often runs sales and promotions and we understand the frustration if purchasing something full price that goes on sale the next day. Therefore, if the purchase happened within 24 hours of a sale going live we will provide you a gift card for the difference. Golf 4 Less gift cards never expire and can be used BOTH in store and online.  Please note sales and promotions can differ online and in store.
